RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

Additional costs resulting from special shipping methods are not refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until:

• We have received the returned goods
or
• You have provided proof of return shipment

RETURN SHIPPING

Products must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
